The pacifier can be sterilised in boiling water, in a steam or electric steriliser, or in the included case in a microwave oven. To maintain hygiene, boil the pacifier for 5 minutes before first use and then remove any remaining water from it. Check the pacifier regularly and replace it every 1–2 months for hygienic reasons.
