The Viga wooden geometric shapes sorter offers many opportunities for creative and educational play. The child can sort the individual pieces by shape and color, find the correct peg for each shape, or count the number of pieces on each rod. The toy naturally develops concentration, logical reasoning, and independent discovery.
Placing the pieces onto the rods exercises the fingers and supports the development of fine motor skills, which are important, for example, when learning to write later on. The set contains four types of geometric shapes, including circles, triangles, and rectangles, and can also be used to build simple constructions.
The toy is made of beech wood and coated with bright, non-toxic paints. The paints comply with EN71 and ASTM safety standards.
Care: Wipe with a damp cloth or a soft-bristled brush moistened with soapy water. Do not soak the wood in water, and dry it with a clean cloth after cleaning.
